Enabling Access based platforms for Audio/Visual and Static Content

Online access to cultural resources increasingly requires sophisticated support for audio, video, and high-resolution images. Google's efforts in this area, like the Art Project, Nelson Mandela Archive, and Digital Dead Sea Scrolls use a combination of various Google technologies and expert information provided by our partners to create unique online experiences. Building these projects required a deeper understanding of archival and museum practices and standards as well as building tools that could be used by a wide array of partners at different stages in their digitisation process.
